Privacy Policy

ANAAR respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: email, phone (if provided), and authentication identifiers from Google OAuth or magic link sign-in.
• Profile data: display name, bio, location, craft details, portfolio images, and credentials you submit.
• Usage data: pages viewed, search queries, and messages sent through the platform.
• Payment data: subscription status via Paddle (we do not store card numbers).

How we use your information

We use your data to operate the platform, review artisan profiles, send notifications you have chosen (email, WhatsApp, or SMS), process Patron Pro subscriptions, and improve ANAAR.

What is public

Approved artisan profiles are visible in search and at public profile URLs. Pending or rejected profiles are not publicly searchable. Patron profiles are private.

Blockchain anchoring

When an artisan profile is approved, ANAAR may anchor a cryptographic hash of selected profile identity fields on the Chia blockchain via ChiaStamp. This does not place personal data on-chain in readable form.

Third-party services

We use Supabase (hosting and database), Vercel (application hosting), Resend (email), Twilio (WhatsApp/SMS), Paddle (payments), and Sentry (optional error monitoring). Each provider has its own privacy policy.
